Service is horrible! Was given a raw burger! None of the food was even warm! No silverware no napkins!
Haven't had one for awhile. On my day after Beacon Trivia when I am exhausted, I have a craving and decided I deserved it! UPDATE: The service here is terrible! Big mistake! Waited for 20 minutes before they took the order at the drivethrough for a car sitting there. 10 more minutes for them to take the next car order and another 5 minutes to take mine. So I have been here 35 minutes in line for 2 cars and still don't have my food. Mgr says they are busy. 8 cars here and if they call that busy, they are in a world of trouble... read more
My self and two friends decided to stop by on 4/21/18 for some very late dinner. From the start the service was terrible. The staff was sitting at the counter doing nothing but still took 4 or 5 min to even seat us. Then our server was slow as could be. He took forever to come and get our drink order. After we ordered drinks it took him 10 mins to even come back to tell us that the drinks were being made and didn't even try to take our order. Ate here last week with my niece. Walked in, sat ourselves. Sat near the dish area, the dirty dishes were stacked up all the way near the trash can over 6 tubs of dishes, server would put dirty dishes on the stack and they would fall in the trash and server picked them out of trash. Worse service I ever recieved in my life. Went last night and after 50 mins we still had no food. We ended up leaving as long as 3 other tables with no food. They weren't that busy. Shitty service. Won't be back .
Service was super slow. Waitress was to busy flirting with some guys.
We are from Minnesota so when we go out of town we eat food we don’t have An steak & shake is one of our favorite places... we actually ate there both days we was there... the first night are steak burger was a lil on the burnt side an Andrew maybe shouldn’t take orders we had to repeat our orders over 4 times the second day fast An good but then we went there again late night same result with Andrew but the food is great
After waiting for 20 minutes we just left. There was a total of 5 tables and not one waitress could come seat us. There were a total of 4 different families who walked out before we did. I understand being busy it's hard to get to everyone in a timely manner as I myself wait tables but there was absolutely no reason so many people walked out because not one waitress could even acknowledge anyone was waiting to be seated.
