slow service. bad management. this place is a dump.
Terrible customer service, rude workers. Super slow getting seated and getting food!

I do not recommend calling in a carry out. Person on the phone was rude and extremely aggressive. Definitely wouldn't accept her as my waitress. Being in the food industry myself, I would never treat a customer on the phone the way she did not even on my worst day. Carry out was placed on 12/01/18 @ 10am Ofallon Illinois location.
Why bother. Hours say 24/7 online. Nope. Hours in the door say 7am-12am. Nope. Have a barricade in the drive through at 1130 pm. Wouldn’t waste the trip.
food was cold and didn't get are drinkz slow for no1 to be in there
Just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes in Fairview heights. Watched one car get served. Sadly I was giving them another chance from my last experience where it took 45 minutes and 3 different times to still get my order incorrect. I was going to try and use the gift card corporate sent me for the fiasco I went through. Guess this will just end up go to the trash just like the restaurants have.
Went to Fairview SnS on 10-12-18. Never ever again. First of all service was terrible. ordered food took 4/ever, got the burger n fries COLD, waiter said I will be right back with the chili, well we had finished the burger n fries, out comes the chili COLD, sent both back took a long time finally came back with the 2 chilis, asked about the 2 shakes, was told they were being made, well 15 mins later they were delivered, the shakes were NOT mixed together, was in there for 1 n a 1/2 hours, and NO it was not crowded. Slowest drive threw I’ve ever seen in my life it’s always a nasty mess in there and there workers even managers are not friendly at all. I see this place being shut down if they do not go on a complete firing Spree and clean this place up of workers fast . I was just here on 9/30/18 and if you check there times of there drive threw from 2pm and on it will prove how slow they really are
