Hi: Our company is a long-time customer of Staples. We have become frustrated with a delivery company they are using, Capstone. Capstone is not deliverying our orders to our office, they are dropping our orders at the front door of our building. I have registered complaints with Staples on numerous occassions over the past few months. Staples, Capstone is NOT providing the service we have come to expect from Staples. Thank you.

I ordered a laptop for work and I needed it to start a new employee and they stated I would receive the next day. The next day it was not delivered a mixup on the trucks according to the tracking information. Then it says it was delivered. Now here it is day 4. I am paying an employee and she has no laptop. I’m very disappointed

I work for a nonprofit organization and I often order gift cards for clients who are transitioning out of homelessness. I then tell the clients to expect the gift cards in the mail, so they can use them to buy essential items that they need, such as laptops for their kids to do virtual learning. A couple days ago, I came upon the Staples website, and noticed they offer a good assortment of gift cards, so I ordered some for a couple of the families I work with and told them to expect them in the mail. We have reached out personally to customer to try to get more details of order#'s etc as without more details it is hard to speculate what happened. However Staples certainly wants to get to bottom of this to make sure not something that continues.
Do not trust this company, I was supposed to get 4 items today. Previously, all of my items have shipped ****** or ***. This time they used a 3rd party shipper which provides no tracking information. I waited all day for the two boxes that I was promised to arrive, as Staples says you must be available for the shipment in case you have to sign. I ordered drop down ceiling titles. It came with very poor packaging. Tiles delivered damaged. Now have struggle with customer service and return of such a heavy and bulky item. Very inconvenient.

I was emailed a promotional coupon by Staples for $20 off $100 worth of merchandise. I put more than $100 worth of items in the cart, but at check out several items were declared out of stock, and the discount was removed. I consider this a bait-and-switch tactic and called Staples customer service to ask that the $20 discount be applied to my remaining balance. This is a duplicate post. I was supposed to have gotten a confirmation email, and I didn't, and no way to know if I misspelled the address. I ordered a printer, and I got the printer I ordered, on time. That is all I can say that is good. On the staples website it states that they have a 110% price match guarantee (staples would match ****** price plus 10% of the difference), however, when I asked for a price match they price matched it equally to ****** without the extra 10% of the difference. 110% price match guarantee is a lie. Should not have wasted my time and gas buying at Staples. Should have just bought it on ******. So buyers beware.

Purchased a chair for just under $200 that promised next day delivery. Received the item 6 days later in a box that looked like had been a child's playhouse. The chair was clearly used with a huge crack in the plastic piece under the seat. The only thing new on that was the receipt.
