cancelled order, charged me twice. will not release funds. is this not theft? why do large business get to do things such as holding customers money for many days AFTER THE COMPANY CANCELLED but if a consumer was to take staples money wouldnt there be a lawsuit? large business=theft because there is nobody to enforce or stop them. why am i not being paid interest on my money that they are holding and not releasing to me?

Do not purchase the Staples SPL-240 Calculator. The buttons stick & have to be pounded to work. I didn't use it until 2 months after I purchased *************************** said it was too late to return it or exchange it.

They set a delivery time and when you call to see what's going on, they tell you it's not them it's the delivery and installation people. Can you call them and see what's going on? No. Can you give me their number so I can call them? No. Ok you took my money. You have $2000 dollars of my money for office furniture yet it's not your problem? Yes Staples it is your problem!

There should be a blank star rating because the Staples, Inc. woodside, ** staff is racist. While I spoke in a clear and professional tone to a Staples team member, and my face mask remained on, an associate interrupted and accused me stating: "you don't have to be rude."I apologized by stating: "while I can be sensitive at times, I never raised my voice and since we miscommunicated I had to repeat myself three times." She again insisted to her colleague "she was being rude right?" Additionally she (the racist) explained tha... read more

Went to a Staples store to use my staples gift card and was told by the cashier that they had trouble reading the gift card. I have previously used the card multiple times, my guess is that the magnetic strip has worn away such that it is unreadable. Called **************** in order to have them reissue a new one. After they confirmed that there is still balance, I was told that they have to first investigate to see if it is an issue with the system and someone would call me back 24 hours later.
