On March 4, 2021 I placed an online order . To this day it is not received, nor have I received the requested refund. I inadvertently created a return label because I could not find an appropriate way to cancel it. (*** Label Delivery, Staples ************ *** Label Notification). I went to the store on March 14, 2021 and was told it was taken care of. Clearly Staples has an issue. So, for $52.99 I have earned the right to state I do not need to risk another purchase from Staples.

I recently placed an order for a promo code that was sent to my email. I found out the code didn't apply to the order when I tried another one of their promo codes that didn't work either today. I connected to their online chat but the window times out so quickly that it's very hard to have a conversation. I then tried to call and got someone overseas who couldn't understand me. She transferred me to her manager who seemed to be in the ** but ultimately the call dropped and now I feel like there's nothing I can do. *********... read more

If I could give no star I would , I purchased a printer in the store yesterday, I get a call this morning that the printer is out of stock and I will be issued a refund in a form of a check with 7-10 business days. Be mindful I never received printer , but you take me money and now I have no printer and I have to wait to receive my funds. I was told I could go into the store and and they could give me a refund and it would take 3-5 days before it hits my account, but now I have to wait the 7-10 days . I ordered some printer ink from ***********, after doing a ****** search that gave me the wrong cartridge, and when I realized I could not use this ink, I attempted to log into my *********** account to cancel it, but it is too late now as they have already shipped the item to me....So, I attempted to use their so called 'Chat' option to get help from them, but it was (shocking) 'Unavailable at this time'. If I didn't live 46 miles from an ************ I'd be shopping there. I'm looking for real estate forms and looked and looked online when I type it in it doesn't find anything near what I'm looking for, so I go to ************ website **** **** I'm looking at exactly that I wanted, gosh wish it wasn't so far away.... Would rate 0 but didn't have that option darn!!!!!!!!"

I placed an order online for printing paper. The description on their site said I wound be receiving 5,000 sheets of paper. Instead I received 250. When I contacted customer service this was some of the response I got. While we make every effort to provide accurate information, inaccuracies or errors may occur, including price information and product specifications. My wife bought a set of ***** ear pods for her iPhone that stopped working 3 days later.She took them in this weekend for a replacement and was informed that ******* doesn't accept returns on opened ear buds due to covid.Fair enough, but these wouldn't be going back on the shelf, they are broken!!This sounds like a very convenient method of dumping broken products onto your customers and then claiming you can't refund them due to covid.Over a $30 pair of ear buds, ******* has *** lost 2 customers for life, we have plenty of ... read more

Not too long ago, I went to this place to return some books for school that I did not need to keep and my experience was good. They took the books that I had and used the label on my phone to ship them and let me go about my day. On 12/13/20, however, I went in to do the same thing and was told by the lady at the *** section that she would not so much as touch them - the excuse?
