cancelled order, charged me twice. will not release funds. is this not theft? why do large business get to do things such as holding customers money for many days AFTER THE COMPANY CANCELLED but if a consumer was to take staples money wouldnt there be a lawsuit? large business=theft because there is nobody to enforce or stop them. why am i not being paid interest on my money that they are holding and not releasing to me?

Do not purchase the Staples SPL-240 Calculator. The buttons stick & have to be pounded to work. I didn't use it until 2 months after I purchased *************************** said it was too late to return it or exchange it.

They set a delivery time and when you call to see what's going on, they tell you it's not them it's the delivery and installation people. Can you call them and see what's going on? There should be a blank star rating because the Staples, Inc. woodside, ** staff is racist. Went to a Staples store to use my staples gift card and was told by the cashier that they had trouble reading the gift card. I have previously used the card multiple times, my guess is that the magnetic strip has worn away such that it is unreadable. Called **************** in order to have them reissue a new one. Twice. I bought 2 different "in stock" processors from Staples and TWICE they sent me an email saying it was not available. Seeing as how you have to have a motherboard for the processor to go on, I bought that too, from a different retailer, and have to return those items because Staples lied about inventory twice, back to back. And both those processors are still labeled "in stock."

I went to Staples at 1631 Del Prado Blvd Suite 300 Cape Coral on the Sept. 7th, 2021 sometime between 2:30 to 4:30 PM. I was printing the bar code (at least I thought I was) on my disk for returning the computer through USPS. The first copy was printed out too small and I wanted to expand. For that, I waited for at least 30 to 40 minutes for the only employee there for help. He told me that I was supposed to do it as 'self service' and he had to deal with the customers first.
