I purchased a 2-pack of 32GB USB thumb drives for our office. I didnt use them right away (we use lots of thumb drives) but when I did remove the drives from the packaging I discovered that they were only 8 GB. I saved the original packaging which clearly said 32 GB 2-pack. I brought everything back to Staples for an exchange, and I was told by employee ******* that I was past the two-week time limit and they could no longer be returned. I have been trying for over a month to get a large heavy box picked up as a return of something I don't want. Each date comes and goes and the box remains in my hallway. Most recently I was told by a Staples employee that she could not contact the outfit responsible for the pick up. I want this large item removed. How can I get action?

I was followed around the store and racially profiled, Im a black female but Im also an Army Veteran so I know when something aint right. Not only did this employee stand there to make his presence known he was watching me when I spoke to his manager she was of no help either. What could I do but just leave embarrassed and shaken. Ill never return. Im absolutely disgusted with these racist jerks. And no, a lame a** company apology doesnt help its just flat out wrong.

I bought (3) $100 **** gift cards from Staples online with no expiration (so they advertise), however, I couldnt activate or use the gift cards. I called both Staples and giftcardmall multiple times with different phone numbers they provided, tried to resolve the issues. They both passed the responsibilities to the other. Staples customer service says the cards were sold online and now its the giftcardmall to activate. ********************** !!!My fiance had an appt for *** precheck at Store #5 in *******, **. When we arrived there were 3 people waiting with an appt and 1 walk-in. The store's enrollment device was not working and it took 20 minutes to reset the device. The teenager without an appt was turned away and the remaining 3 were enrolled (all Caucasians). I ordered 4 items last week only Because they said they had one day delivery. Package was supposed to come on Friday. I went to ********* Staples because thats my location on app. No one can find my order. They get a manager no help he doesnt even see the order in computer meanwhile money is out my account for 3 days. Then I go to chat they said delay will come on Monday. I have always come to this location in ************** to my home. Today I left the printer kiosk in dismay about the customer service I received. I was told to use the self- service kiosk, and in explaining that I couldn't due to the type of cardstock I needed, I was refused service. ********** the employee working there March 23rd @ 6:30pm told me, " I'm busy with other orders, come back tomorrow. needed some basic forms printed. I had a hard copy and wanted a couple small changes. I went to/called Staples in ******* **, at least 4 times each and got different instructions and a long wait each. I gave up and went to a nearby competitor where forms printed w. no issues and no visits except to pick up project. First visit to Staples lady said she was the only one that could help as she was mgr. and forms had to be electronically generated in PDF format. Later I was told not true -mgr. did not know because she was new???... read more
