Staples are crooks!I purchased and paid for a *********************** for a total of $92.18 for a product that cost $74.99 at Staples on **********, in **************** via Instacart. However, what was delivered to me was an off-brand product that cost $44.99 at Staples. These business practices are unethical and include theft.

Before the pandemic I would order disposal gloves for 6.99. Now since the pandemic the price has steadily gone up to now 14.99. For the same gloves no different. It is the same for many other items I order for my office on a monthly basis. Am now going to request we order from ****** or ******.

Ordered a laptop advertised as new on their website. They sent me a refurbished one. They then sent me a replacement. It was also refurbished. They know they are selling used electronics as new, but really don't care because many people do not realize they are received used items. I contacted the corporate office. The lady I spoke to was nice, but again did nothing to help me. I had to return both laptops to the local store in *********, **, and that was another disaster. On April 25 I reported a damaged item (bulky and heavy) to be picked up (and ordered a replacement at the same time). I received a confirmation that the item would be picked up in the next 5 business days, by ***. As of today, May 1, the item is still on my porch with the gate open, which creates a security issue. When I called Staples to complain I was told that the carrier, ***, incorrectly advised that the item had been picked up, although it had not. I ordered a $400 chair online. The delivery service Staples uses left my chair in the rain during a two-day downpour in the driveway of a random, abandoned house several miles away from me on a different street. This is the first and last time I will order something from Staples--don't trust them with valuable purchases under any circumstances."

Ordered 10 Apple iPads from Staples online. This was my first order ever, from Staples. Two days later I go online, only to find my order has been canceled, but no one knows why. No notification. This is also my last order from Staples. Pure bait and switch online. There's a reason why many of their stores are permanently closed. These people can't be trusted."

Save your time and don't use their online store. No wonder why ****** Prime and others are taking over. Their "next day guarantee" shipment didn't come next day. Ok. Things happen, although I particularly ordered it from Staples because I needed as soon as possible. The tracker says it's going be delivered on Monday (I ordered on Thursday morning), but the tracker has never been updated after they shipped on Friday which was the day I was supposed to receive the package already. My daughter just went to get a color copy of something that was around 18"x24". They charged her $20!!!!!! A couple of weeks ago, I got a color copy of something 24"x36" and it was $8!!!!!!!! And they were going to charge her $25 to do it in an hour!!! THIS IS PRICE GOUGING. And they are saying it's because of *****. I'm done with ****** THIS BS!!!!!!!!

I purchased a new HP 9015 Printer at Staples on 3/15 with a warranty. It failed on 3/25. I will be returning tomorrow... Minus 3 stars...
