I cannot get a response concerning their online ink cartridge recycling. When I take ink cartridges into a Staples store to recycle they give me credit for recycling the cartridges on the day I take them in. When I do it online and printout a shipping label and send them through *** , when do I receive the credit for the ink cartridge being recycled. The process for online ink recycling will normally take 4-6 weeks from when they were sent in to be processed. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
omg all I can say is worst experience ever I bought paper towels online and they were in stock said they would be delivered and then they never came! My card had money taken out though so they made sure they had my money. I called customer service waited forever on hold for them to tell me it will come and I will get email update...never got the email update and I go online and it says my order is cancelled!! I placed an order on their website on April 2, 2020. I never received an order confirmation email even after checking junk/spam folders, so I emailed them last week to ask for an order confirmation email. Here I am, April 13, with no order confirmation number and no response to my inquiry. I will be sending a second inquiry today. I was at this location at 4/13/20 3:00pm. I went in for some disinfectant wipes. They had a sign up stating limit 3. Headed to the register the manager see's me with 2 wipes and states that the limit is one. I said ok, and proceeded to let him know that their sign said limit 3. He them tells me that he didn't care what the sign said in a very rude tone. And as we were walking towards the door, he laughed and started talking about the situation with another employee.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, I Disposed my packaging from staples. The item was incorrect, and the manager Randy would not let me exchange the item because I didn’t have the packaging. It’s a pandemic, and Staples is not assisting their customers. In any way. I didn't feel safe bringing the box inside my house, and the items way purchase with My rewards number.

I was very happy to see toilet paper listed for sale on the Staples web site for delivery to my home. The delivery was advertised as free, but I would have paid since it's really hard to get toilet paper because of the coronavirus paper products scarcity. We are working with our vendors to help keep our customers safe this season by restocking our store shelves & online inventory as quickly as possible. The order for toilet paper was cancelled on 3/18 and the pending authorization would drop off within 3-5 business days.
**** We did an in-store order on Staples web-site yesterday, in the early afternoon, with the help of a very nice young man. (Garden City Park, NY store) He saw us having a bit of difficulty with the large computer in the aisle & offered to help. To our amazement, our order was delivered today, about 28 hours after the order was placed. This is probably the fastest order we have ever received from any store. Wonderful, friendly service.

Grants Pass, OR Staples said they were unable to assist me in downloading photos from my ******** recently. They stated software issues. Staples can do most anything.
