I walked into the Staples store on Elliot Rd. in Tempe, AZ and placed an order for a return address stamp. The clerk who took my order seemed to be in a hurry to leave, but I finally completed the order placement with the help of another associate. I requested and received printed documentation of my order on October 21, 2019. On October 28, 2019, I called the store and inquired about when I could expect to receive it. I was in your Staples yesterday Oct.15,2019 and what i witnessed was embarrassing and extremelyyyy unprofessional!! I witnessed a employee walk in maybe just starting there shift but went on register since the line was long which was great customer service so way to go for you Tabitha S******. I placed an order, estimated delivery was 4 days later. Did not receive my package on that day. When I checked the status of it online it said the order was placed, nothing else. I ordered a laptop so I would have it for a trip so I can work on the go. I sent a message to their customer service, provided all the information to figure out what was going on. Awful customer service! I received a package today of office supplies that included trash bags and detergent. They left on back porch busted where all items were not usable. Detergent was smashed and had saturated all trashbags through the box to where I had to throw all items in dumpster and couldn't even be brought inside. I called for a replacement and they requested me to return items. Again I reiterated that the items were completely saturated in detergent and box had to be trashed. It was ridiculous. I went to the California Watsonville staples store today to buy a specific ***** printer. A tech department guy at the store searched on the computer and showed there was 1 in stock. He searched the printers' aisle quickly and told me there was none. I looked for a while by myself and found that it's on the shelf. I told the tech associate it was on the shelf, then he replied that he need to asked his manager. This review is with the Tilton, NH store, and the customer service of Staples in general. On 8/16/19, I went to the Tilton, NH store and had them pack and ship three boxes of items that included breakable antiques and one of a kind art pieces purchased in NH to be shipped to my home in Florida. I had 3 different people working with me that day. The first was a young man, nice guy, but he didn’t work in shipping and he was having a difficult time with the computer. Unauthorized use of my personal credit card not my business as I requested on line. When I found out I immediately called to return the items and reverse charges. I was told three days to get my money. The items were delivered 4 days after and refused. I called customer service 1. To take my credit card off so it may never be used 2. To ask about my refund.
