I placed an order with Staples on 1/28 and estimated delivery is on 2/4. 30 mins after I received their order confirmation, the order Status on their website shows the estimated delivery date as invalid date. I contacted their representative via online chat the same day, and the representative assured me that I will get my order on 2/4 as planned. I bought around 33 hand sanitizers ****** from 3 Different Staples stores on Feb 6 and guess what when I got home I figured out those are expired 4/2017.... from 2017 and now is 2020 how could it possible happens??? Nothing else they can do for me beside I can or have to return and get money back... So waste my time and my gasssssss.

I made an order on staple website on January 27. Everything went smoothly when I placed the order and I got my confirmation email soon. I was at staples on king st in Waterloo this morning and the associate Crystal was less than helpful. She made me do everything I had already done and tried online. Very frustrating as I had a wonderful experience at a different staples several years ago.

I never leave online reviews, but considering the ABSOLUTELY HORRID experience I had with this store I have no choice. If I could give this store less than one star, I would without any hesitation. I spent nearly two hours on the phone to find resolution to an online order mixup that was due to an error by STAPLES. I helped my son with an order the day after Christmas so he could purchase a gaming chair. The Cumming store showed the item in stock online, so we placed the order. These people are not very reliable. I used their *** counter, shipped 2 packages, one to Wisconsin and one to Ohio. The inept person behind the counter put the same address on both packages. Now, *** or Staples will take responsibility for this mistake and I have someone that is out a Christmas gift!

They are so horrible they made me stutter. I purchased a 150$ printer only to have it arrive crushed and broken spent 30 minutes on the phone only to have a replacement which I was told was gonna take longer to get here than the original then was given a lousy 10$ store credit for my inconvenience and told I could use it online only shipping alone would have eaten up that credit so I go to the store to get an echo dot that I had tried to order with my printer only to have that part of the order cancelled cause they ran out a... read more

It’s with deep and utter dismay in the level of customer services provided to me by your staples location 5407 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 on October 27th, ,2019 at approximately 2:30 to 3pm that I’ve contacted you today. During my visit to your store I brought some copies at your copy center. The self service copy machines were down at the time so each customer had to be assisted by staff.
