Store:#0412 Location: ***************************************** Date: September 5th 2020 We had tried to print a photo of my son for his birthday. It had a Lightening McQueen toy car (a Disney character) in the photo, and my son was sitting in it. The Copy Center and manager Phillip ******* refused to print this picture of my son sitting in the car. They said it was copyright infringement. an extremely positive experience I had with 2 Staples employees. I had purchased a chair back in the summer to use to take online cl%%%%%% I had minor issues with the chair and contacted the Staples brand warranty support department. I spoke with Denise and Juanita from that department. I must say that I have not experienced such amazing customer service in many years. The representatives were both extremely polite and helpful and went above and beyond to satisfy my issue in a way I would not have expected.

On 11/22/2020, I tried to return an office supply (hanging folders). These were in the original, unopened box and I provided my original receipt from the in -store purchase. The receipt is dated 10/22/2016. I told the sales clerk it was an old receipt as I just found this while cleaning. He scanned the receipt but it didn’t pull up in their system. He called for assistance from Ellen (Operations Supervisor). She said my receipt was too old, that they updated their systems and couldn’t provide me a refund due to that. When I ... read more

NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE All the bad reviews you see here...BELIEVE THEM!!!!!!.... It has been almost a week now and both of my orders were supposed to be next day delivery because I need things for my business....but my orders keep saying delayed and they keep offering to refund money back to me when I just want my orders delivered.....I even put the driver release forms from the Staples website on my door so they will leave the package....they said they tried to deliver but didn't....they didn't even ring t... read more

I was very offended today when going into Staples to purchase my office supplies. EVERY employee in the store was wearing a "Black lives matter" t-shirt. ALL lives matter! Black, White, Hispanic, Asian, etc.. in my opinion, businesses have no place pushing political opinions on their customers. I was very offended and will NEVER SHOP in a Staples store again.
