I placed an order from Staple for a Hover Board Cart 11/15/2018, and on November 27th received and email that they were out of stock of this product and would replace it with a similar product for the sale price and free shipping by December 7th 2018. Today I contacted customer service to be transferred to several different customer service associates and be told there is nothing we can do and we can not fulfill out promise. Staples apologizes for any inconvenience caused to customer. The original order was placed on 11/24/18 during our Black Friday/ Saturday and/or Cyber Sunday/Monday deals. All of the Special Event promotions were clearly marked as while supplies last and Staples is unable to individualize the terms or promotions policy. On Monday 11/26 I placed an order for a laptop that was on sale. After successfully placing the order I received an email some time later stating that Staples would be unable to fulfill the order due to unavailability. I called customer service and told them that my local store has availability. They told me that I would not be able pick up the item at the price they originally sold me the laptop. After asking to speak to a supervisor they put me on an endless hold. Needless to say nothing was resolved.

Staples apologizes for the inconvenience experienced by the customer. Cyber Monday sales were available online only and while supplies last, they were not available for pick up in store. We appreciate the feedback that has been submitted and will certainly review our process so that we can ensure an easier experience in the future.

I am upset about an order I placed on Cyber Monday. I waited until Cyber Monday to get a good deal on a laptop I wanted. I place the order and receive an email confirmation with a estimated delivery date of 11/30. I go online Tuesday to check the order status and I read that the laptop I ordered is out of stock. I call customer service to make sure, and she confirms it. I was not notified of this. Now, I do not have any deals since Cyber Monday is over. I have no laptop. I order a laptop, software and cable on line from Staples on Black Friday 11/23/18. I was promised delivery on Monday 11/26. Having not received the order I chatted online with Staples representatives. I was promised resolution by Tuesday 11/27. When I didn’t hear back by Tuesday I again chatted and called staples. I learned that my order would not be delivered until 12/10. Staples apologize for the inconvenience and delay. 1 item from the order was reported missing and the customer was offered the option to cancel or reship the item. Staples.com provides estimated delivery dates upon information provided by the independent carriers. When Staples was advised 1 of the ordered items was missing the customer was given the option to cancel with a refund or reship. He chose to reship this order with the new delivery date. Have not reported this business yet having had an account since 2/22/2018. Now I am reporting Staples. Have done a moderate amount of business with Staples, placed an on line order on 11/29/2018, received at least 5 emails about this order, had to make several calls to the retail store where my order was ready for my pick up for an explanation of one of the emails. Never Received my Refund and its way passed the refund date. That is 102 dollars flushed down the toilet. When you call customer services they can't even look at individual stores transactions. I gave up on my refund because I couldn't get the help I needed.

All staples should accept echeck you should not Have to fax or mail check they need to be able to accept the check over the phone

After attempting to purchase an ****** chair from the Staples in Harbison, and being unable to do so due to the system not accepting my card, I was forced to go online to make my purchase. Despite the chair being available in the Harbison location, Staples' website only showed the chair available at the Devine store location, which is 20 minutes out of the way. Always cancel my shipping order, pick up order, and membership substitution order..... this business is insane.....
