Bought a staples 4-drawer letter file cabinet online at the sale price of $39.29. They confirmed the order and said I could pick it up at the 1411 Hw 50 W. Pueblo Co store in 1 hour. When I got there they said they would not sell it to me at that price even though the product number was correct. Corporate said that error made in ad and so stated not responsible for errors. I've been going to the staples store in Wilson, NC since it opened. Bought a computer, tablet, multiple printers, chair, and I always do my printing there. (it's cheaper than buying printer ink). For 2 days, I have gone in to the store to get birthday invitations printed for my twins. This business sold me a defective **** lap top computer. When I tried to return it the personnel tried to repair it, but it still didn't work. I then took it back to exchange it for another brand. The management refused to allow me to do it and instead insisted that I accept a different computer of the same brand. It also was defective and totally shut down. When I again took it back to Staples the management refused to return my money, as it had then been over a year.

Force pushing $5 protection plans on $5 items. Lying about how well the computers/printers work, hint they're awful. The computers especially not to mention they come with nothing on them so expect the employee to try to talk you into enough stuff to equal the price of the computer. The ridiculous cost of ink. Costs the printer companies like a quarter then people pay $60-80.

Recently ordered a **** ******* with a price match with quill.com with the price diff. between 344 dollars from staples to 175 from *****. It's been over 24 hours since 4/12 10PM (as promised by chat associate) and still no word from anyone about the price match. Printer was already shipped and 344 dollars already charged in my card. Quill already posted the regular price back and staples lowered the price to 230 dollars today. I am wondering if Staples is playing game to avoid price matching.

Staples is not an honest business and does not stand behind their service work. Staples took my PC computer in on an assignment to clone / copy the hard drive onto a new SSD drive. They did not do that and when they gave me the computer back it did not work properly. It is unusable ! I don't know what they did, but they admit they did not do what I asked them to do. My computer is no longer usable and Staples will not correct the problem the caused. I even filed a complaint with the office of the President of Staples in Penn... read more

The tech service we are able to offer and what was performed in store is a data transfer from the old hard drive to the new hard drive, this would not be a true clone of the drive. We refunded the work done because of the misunderstanding and offered additional assistance and compensation which was declined.

Will never go to Staples again. Their inexperienced techs lie to you, while breaking your computer servicing it. The workers got an attitude with me.

Do Not take your ****** to the Burbank, CA, Staples for battery replacement. I made the mistake of doing so the weekend before ***** announced they would replace ****** batteries for a reasonable rate. My experience with Staples, so far, has been: 1) Went to store, had the replacement done, left. Recalled to the store 10 minutes after leaving because the technician discovered they hadn't put all the screws back in my phone. 2) That battery would only charge to 85%. The Staples in New Baltimore, MI practices racial discrimination. Went to Staples to return a printer that I purchased from their store. Upon entrance, I was interrogated about the item - WHERE did it come from (meaning, was it even a staples item or had I purchased it from a different retailer), how long did I have it, where is my receipt, etc. These questions were asked in a suspicious, accusatory tone.
