very bad experience/Went to have a coil binding put on 8x11x 1/2" book.Rep. and manager said they were busy with other work that had come in and could not do it.Please leave it and come back in,20min ride for me over and 20 min back. We do-not do walk-in, this is second book in 3 days, no problem with the first book. You as a business will not take walk-ins and lose the sales Never had a problem before. Lack of help as I saw it.Sorry do not use this store.Their policy is not good for the single sale customer like myself.
Recently entered a Staples store in ****** ****** *********** I was stunned at the lack of professionalism by the staff (it was completely mismanaged). After waiting 10 minutes in the print department for acknowledgement from someone who was standing 3 feet from me, I walked over to her (while she was texting) and asked her for help. She responded by saying she that I had to talk to someone standing right next to her and proceeded to text. After I spoke to the other gal, she informed me it would be a few more minutes.
