I am a former technology employee of staples. I was sick of seeing customers treated like %%%%%% and throwing fits and walking away. It's strange to see. I’d give zero stars if I could Tried to buy black ink cartridge for my printer. Was told I had to buy the whole gamut of colors for $70! I said that I would need to be shown how to remove the cartridge and install new one. I was told they don’t do any type of service. an extremely positive experience I had with 2 Staples employees. I had purchased a chair back in the summer to use to take online cl%%%%%% I had minor issues with the chair and contacted the Staples brand warranty support department. I spoke with Denise and Juanita from that department. I must say that I have not experienced such amazing customer service in many years. The representatives were both extremely polite and helpful and went above and beyond to satisfy my issue in a way I would not have expected.

On 11/22/2020, I tried to return an office supply (hanging folders). These were in the original, unopened box and I provided my original receipt from the in -store purchase. The receipt is dated 10/22/2016. I told the sales clerk it was an old receipt as I just found this while cleaning. He scanned the receipt but it didn’t pull up in their system. I was very offended today when going into Staples to purchase my office supplies. EVERY employee in the store was wearing a "Black lives matter" t-shirt. ALL lives matter! Black, White, Hispanic, Asian, etc.. in my opinion, businesses have no place pushing political opinions on their customers. I was very offended and will NEVER SHOP in a Staples store again.
