Staples has been amazing during the pandemic. They had all the supplies and did not increase the price. They delivered quickly and also had on line order pickup. Now that I am able to go into the store, I find them equally helpful. They run specials on the school supplies kids need. Also great to donate at these terrific prices. And they are fully stocked.I recommended them to all my friends!I also use them for business with equally wonderful results.Thank you Staples for your help in keeping us safe and well supplied!

Staples needs to stop using Capstone Logistics to deliver packages. Two of my orders were lost and not delivered..

I am a frequent customer of your ********************** location in ******** **. During this specific visit, I was looking to purchase and ergonomic office chair for personal use. The associate at the time was helpful in providing detailed information, which allowed me to make an informed decision during my purchase. Placed an order for a pc online, noticed it was processing for several days, I had to call them only to find out the item was out of stock, they offered a better pc for my original sale price but I get a callback an hour later that it is also out of stock (at this point I have 2 large pending charges on the card) finally got frustrated and bought one at ********, so when I went to cancel my order they told me they don't do cancelations unless it's under 30minutes from when I placed the order, the order is still under process... read more

Ordered a new printer from the website on 5/14/21 to deliver to my office because mine wasn't working and Staples was the only one with my brand "in stock". It was set to deliver 6/14 but then on 6/14 i got an email notifying me the delivery had changed to 6/17/21 instead. I was ok with this. But then i just get a new email today 6/16 telling me my order has now been cancelled the DAY BEFORE DELIVERY because it is not only **T in stock but not being stocked for the future anymore either. On Friday, June 4th, I attempted to order a ***************** Laptop 4 from Staples. They seemed to be the only ones that had it in stock. The first order that I attempted to place was rejected by my credit card company as potential fraud. I cleared this up with them and then placed another order that night. I kept up the with tracking info on Saturday June 5th and it still seemed to be in process. I purchased an office chair from Staples on 12 Mar 2021, it has a 10 year warranty and is item # 24328569 Model# 53236. According to the web cite this chair is rated for 400 lbs ( I am 350) for up to 10 hours a day usage. It cost me $216.49. Frankly the only reason I ended up with a Staples brand office chair is because Office Max seems to only sell chairs manufactured by ****************. True innovations has the worst customer service on the planet and I was tired of trying to get them to answer the phone or emails when it... read more
