Terrible.Unfortunately my company has a membership with these morons. Their biggest problem is that they hired some moronic 3rd party delivery company (capital express) and they can't read, write, speak english.!!! they have no clue where to deliver, who to deliver to or even what f'n day to deliver!!!

I sent my aide to make copies for me of documents I need to submit to the city to renew my Parking Permit for People with Disabilities. We went to Staples in *************, ** and were so very impressed with the customer service we received. Two sales associates stood out in particular - ****** and ******. Both gentlemen were considerate and extremely helpful to my children and I. Warn minority people who goes to Staples at ***********************.On Nov. 13th. The store manager *** saw me (a minority) enter the store because he just finished helping another customer outside.I know what I exactly want to buy. I have tried to schedule a pickup with the e-recycling team for nearly 2 months. I have scheduled it 6 or so times. 3 of the times they claimed to have an improper address, but when I asked them to read off the address on file...it's always correct. They actually showed up one day last week but it took us 5-8 minutes to get a dolly from the 5th floor to the first after getting it from the building management and the driver stated that he could no longer pick it up because it was closed on his wearable. They will reference our BOL numbers upon pick-up and attached a copy of the **** of lading in case the customer needed it. Both our Team and the customer confirmed this was picked up and resolved.
Terrible terrible waste of time the mobile office, etc there's no wifi. I paid for the computer $30.00 an hour to be bugged by staff joking, etc. Slow slow slow service couldn't print then staff basically wastes your time tells you to go outside for better wifi, dumb me drives down the street to get the wifi. Go back still nothing. Fake promises and white lies at the expense of using .their mobile office. Go to the Fairhaven library the service is great for free! I went to Staples in ********, **** with a time sensitive project at 4:30 on Saturday evening. The team stated that I would need to email the project to them due to the size. They said it would definitely be completed Sunday by noon. I Sunday morning at 11:40. No answer after multiple rings. On Oct 12, 2021, I placed an online order for a total of $210.00. The order was to be received by Oct 14, 2021. On the 14th, I received an email that the order was lost and delayed until Oct 18, 2021. I called and was told that the logistics company (Capstone Logistics) had lost the item/order. I was told they were looking for it, that it would be reshipped, and that I would receive it no later than Oct 18. My credit card was already charged for the item.
