The security service in the ER at St.Vincent East Birmingham Al is Horrible & rude. I'm sure it's not all of them but whoever is in the ER today on 6/5/2017 sitting next to Triage station has the worst attitude. My significant other was in a bad wreck so when I came in I asked where should I go because he is in a ambulance, he never lift his head to even acknowledge my presence.
