Kudos to Dr Johnson, all the OR staff, and our great nurses on 4southwest. Anna, Courtney and our tech Stacy. Amazing knowledgable staff and very good to my 74 year old Mom. I work at another hospital and have the highest standards,they met and took great care of Mom!
My husband had a first time event Monday of this week, with his heart. He waited for 6 hours in the waiting room for results of testing and to see a doctor. He was admitted. We tried to get staff to help us, we called the ER director and left message, the ER operator who said she would try to find supervisor but, never had one person to come give him an update, in person or by phone. I am ready to call an attorney on the collections department, had a test run in February 2017, all other bills out of the same office were billed correctly, and imagine that they got paid, except for this one test. I have personally been on the phone 5 times trying to correct the keying error they made, my husband did a direct conference call with our insurance company and their department to get it squared away, as of today BCBS still has not received a claim, and I receive yet another collection letter from SVHS, tried to ... read more
