I've been going to this hospital for 19 years. The service has dropped tremendously! They give you meds that don't work so they can tell you to come back and recheck you for the same issue. And you know what, they get money each time you come but you lose money from taking off work. And on top of that, they make you sit and wait for a minimum of an hour before seeing you. And when they do see you they rush you! Next time I go I'm leaving with my medical records.
If they don't fix there admitting and registration I don't see how they will stay in business this is awful and they should Embarrassed been sitting for over a hour
2 visits (Thursday evening shift) and (Sunday morning). Staff was terrible and rude ( nursing staff /secretary at desk) Thursday except Security. Sunday the same. I’m glad I wasn’t sick. Someone else was. The only name I heard today was Kecia as far as the staff. The red head black girl at the desk needs to be named as well. Terrrible. Be prepared for the worst front line of admissions people you will encounter. Bitter, lazy, scowled and overall piss and vinegar.
I had broken my wrist today and had to go to the ER. Mainly would love to sing praises of my nurse. Her name was Brooke, wish I knew her last name. Was in a lot of pain, but she kept me distracted from it by just conversation and it worked (mostly) I really liked her a lot. Got me all fixed up and home now.
North tower very friendly doctor's, nurse's and staff. The Parson came to pray before surgery wich was very nice and provided a sense of comfort, also the third shift nurse Victoria was very nice and had a very genuine personality she would take a few extra minutes after checking vitals to talk and joke wich means a lot when your laying in a hospital bed
