We fully understand under staffed! But it doesn't matter what time of day or night! It took a minimum of 20mins! To 45mins or more for the Nurse to put in appearance! And this has been going on since day one! We're now on day 3!! Also, housekeeping didn't replace any wash clothes, or towels! Awesome job folks! I'll give them two thumbs down!
This is the only hospital I will use in the Birmingham area. I had my daughter at this hospital and I had shoulder surgery here (less than 6 months ago). I have always gotten great care here. They seem to have the best of the best when it comes to their staff. I would recommend it to anyone.
Upset that SV Pinson closed again. Loved Dr. Wilson. Then went to Dr. Schroeder. My husbNd & brother n law went there just a few days ago before it closed. Why can't we have a good Doctor office in Pinson?? Now got to go much further to new one. No idea which direction to go.
