Great food and atmosphere. Didn't get the shrimp cocktail our first trip so we had to head back to check it out.

Service was good. Steak $41 for ribeye was undercooked almost raw. Green beans were 2 different colors as if an old batch was mixed with a new batch. Mashed was average. Bisque was good. Not impressed. Go to mortons and Weber instead.

Steaks were awesome and cooked to perfection just the way we ordered them. Shrimp cocktail is excellent but if you can’t take little heat it won’t be for you.

Thanks for bumping our plans for a celebrity on our anniversary. Very classy place.

Business response:

Hi Paul. We pride ourselves in treating all of our guests with the same level of respect and courtesy. Bumping reservations is absolutely not something we do and it goes against everything we stand for. Please reach out to our General Manager, richard@stelmos.com, so we can get to the bottom of this and make things right.

Upscale city steakhouse with great ambiance, drinks and food. Loved the shrimp cocktail and steak. Entertainment was fabulous years ago and hope they still have it! Looking forward to my next visit!

We had dinner at St. Elmo on 2-18-18 for our 23rd anniversary. I had the 14 oz. dry age NY strip. My wife had the king crab and shrimp. Both of our meals were outstanding. I ordered my steak medium and it came out perfectly done. My wife said her meal was one of the best she has had. Our server Jordan, was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. He provided excellent service! We had an anniversary card signed by all the staff at our table when we arrived. We also received complementary crème brule for dessert. All in all... read more
