Amazing fine dining with atmosphere and absolutely the best food!!!
The best filet I’ve ever had. Shrimp cocktail didn’t disappoint either.
Nice turn if the century decor, waiters who would do anything for you, never had to ask for anything, very courteous, superb shrimp cocktail, and the best steak I have ever had, cooked medium rare to perfection, along with tasty sides. I have eaten at all of the great steak restaurants in downtown Chicago. St. Elmo’s is tops.
Celebrating our birthdays! This place is absolutely amazing and I can't wait to come back! So, today they had a Sunday special menu. It was awesome. Loved the bar area. Our waiter Adam was wonderful. The shrimp cocktail was crazy zesty. It was funny watching the first bite being taken. Their bean soup is wonderful .. The steaks had great flavor. The only small fault I had was ... my steak was medium rare to rare and I requested medium to medium well. (Hubby had it the next day). Nothing wasted. Would definately come again.

It was great! We got a card from them for our anniversary. The food was spectacular along with the exceptional service from Steve! We will be going back for sure!
Drove 2 1/2 hours to try out this steak house. The food is well worth the hype. Steak you can cut with a fork with wonderful flavor. Shrimp cocktail sauce is 5 stars! Great service along with a nice bar selection. Will be back!
