Whatever you do don't go to the nurses station on the 4th floor and ask them for a menu so the patient can order a meal because they will act like it's absolutely the most outrageous request they've ever heard.... Don't know why requesting a menu requires a rude response, but apparently it does..and WHY DOES SAINT ELIZABETH HAVE SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH DISCHARGE PLANNING?

If you have a choice to go anywhere but here then do it. My Grandson was taken to this ER by ambulance. They treated him with no compassion or kindness. We ended up self discharging and walking out. Do not go here. Drive to Erlanger or Edgewood, anywhere but Florence.

I am a first time patient at this hospital located in Florence Kentucky. Let me start by saying that from the moment I check in at the ER to check out, everyone was beautiful from outside and inside. Most importantly they were very supportive and professional. They took care of me so well and made me feel loved. My heart is full of gratitude and love for them. Thank you for helping me through my grief.
