Took off feature that counts text characters so you won't go above maximum of 1000 character ( you really expect me to count my characters, or cut and paste from another app, defeating the very purposes of MyChart, with no notification anywhere! RecommendedSuper awesome and caring staff. Everyone was so helpful and made sure you was comfortable as possible. They worked their best to get me home safe and healthy so I can be with my baby and husband that I missed dearly. Highly recommend ssm.. Wish I went to them months ago. St Louis University hospital is where to go for sure with anything making you sick.

Really having difficulty with SSM Health at the moment. They are continually billing me for the wrong test despite my pediatrician's office confirming the correct test multiple times and my insurance company and SSM billing department repeatedly telling me that I'm being billed incorrectly. If you know I'm being billed incorrectly, why can't anyone seem to figure out how to fix it?
St Anthony's ER was by far the worst experience my family has ever had. They refused treatment and were rude. They wouldn't even assist us outside with a wheelchair. Horrible place. I highly DO NOT recommend this hospital to anyone! Awful experience. Made my family member experience more pain & anguish than he was in before we went in.
Their prices for the service provided was way over priced! Went to an urgent care for a sinus infection that costs $450! Not one test was performed. I will never go to an SSM again
RecommendedI just left the hospital today after giving birth to our beautiful daughter on 4/29! The labor and delivery floor team was wonderful and all our nurses and the staff there was so generous to us and very helpful with all our needs and made our experience there the best it could have possibly been! Thank you so much to all nurses, drs, dietary, house keeping!
