Rude. Went to the ER! And registration lady would scream in my face when I’m only a couple feet away from her, then embarrass people who needed help (which I have a video of) it’s sad to say I don’t recommend this place. There is a way to properly speak to someone and this is no way too. No manners. Speaking with SSM Health customer service over the past few months has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. I have called them four or five times over the last two months concerning my bill and financial aid application and I have heard different information every. single. time.
