RecommendedI was recently hospitalized at St. Anthony for a few days and had a great experience with the staff. Taylor Winzeler is an excellent and thoughtful provider and I am very grateful for her care. Dr. Quy and Dr. Ali were also wonderful—they are both kind, patient, and informative. Dr. Holsaeter, his residents, and OR staff were all awesome and provided me with peace of mind before my first surgery. Todd in Nuclear Medicine was very kind and helpful. billing department is ridiculous. even if you are making monthly payments they send you to collections unless you have a payment plan set up through them that has to automatically withdraw from your account each month. I tell everyone I know to avoid ssm and to go to bjc they are much easier to work with.

I have one question, why the hell does a HOSPITAL of all places not accept care credit? The people in the billing department are rude too. I’m just trying to pay my husbands medical bill, I mean do you want payment or not?
