improve wait times in the E.R. we've been here going on 4 hours, no direction from anybody, the nurses are scattered brained morons who have no clue what's going on maybe a little direction could go a long way monitor saying what the wait times are or are going to be

RecommendedI was recently admitted for a broken hip. Every one from the emergency room to housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating. My 3rd floor nurse DiAnn was so caring and informative and went out of her way to ensure my comfort , not just pain wise but she also helped ease my fears before and after my surgery. Dr. Brian Keyes and his surgical team were also very friendly, informative and honest about my procedure. And really genuinely cared about and listened to my concerns. RecommendedThe wonderful staff on the fourth floor took such great care of me during my recent stay. I was terribly sick and unable to care for myself. Thank you to Dr Lehman, Annie, Ginger, Rose and the amazing CNA staff who patiently and lovingly took care of me at my very worst. There were others who had a part in saving my life... eternally and profoundly grateful. Much love and respect.
