RecommendedMy daughter had surgery yesterday. The nurses both in pre-OP and surgery were amazing!!!! They went above and beyond the call of duty. They kept me updated every hour and were very accommodating to our needs during our long wait and my daughter's night at the hospital.
Their ER staff could work on their bedside manner.
RecommendedWent to the er Sunday morning and they immediately did blood work then a ct scan. Found the problem and Dr. Jawaid did a procedure and I was sent home this evening. Couldn’t be happier with the whole staff. From the er to the nurses and tech on the 4th floor. My whole family has been treated there before and we love them at St.Joseph LSL! Special shoutout to Flo, Debbie and Amber and all the techs! Room 416
I made my appointment, specifically stating I needed the chicken pox vaccine at the Glen Carbon Illinois Walgreens location. There was three days between when I made my appointment and the appointment- as well as 3 hours between when the clinic opened and when my appointment was. However they chose to make me wait at the appointment for 20 minutes, brought me to the back room, before telling me that they did not carry the vaccine. RecommendedI had a tibial plateau fracture last year. I had surgery& my post surgical nurse was excellent! I can’t say enough how well She took care of me. Dr Sansone was amazing, the surgical staff and the anesthetist were all wonderful. The staff I had for the 2 days I stayed in the hospital were great as well. I felt that I was given excellent care by everyone.
RecommendedThe nurses on the maternity floor were amazing! Specifically Betsy and Jenny! I have had all 3 of my children here and have never been disappointed but this last experience was the best! I just recently had my 3rd baby on July 23rd and Betsy and Jenny took great care of me and baby Jameson! I can’t thank them enough!

SSM at Walgreens is way overpriced. A visit there is supposed to cost the same as a regular doctor visit but ended up being almost twice as much. I filed a dispute which has been ignored. Their customer service is horrible. Promises to get back to you and review the situation are not kept. I would go to an out of network facility before I ever go back again
