Poor communication & service not as promised I purchased a used car from Spreen Mazda, and I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before completing the sale, I asked for the tire tread depth remaining on the front tires. The sales manager, Giovanni, told me it was 4/32 which he claimed were like "brand new tires" when in reality new tires are 10/32 or 11/32. Trust is in question I am very disappointed with my recent service. I come to Speen because of service and price. My service is always supposed to include tire rotations. This time I know for sure my tires were not rotated because of a scuff on the right rear wheel. I was told that they won't rotate if the wear is even on each tire, but Mr. Dilbert said that the technicians should have reported that. I disagree.
