Air bag recall We easily made an appointment for the air bag recall! We dropped off the CX-9 a bit early, but William Dilbert seemed to be waiting for us. He called to say the car was ready before we were ready to pick it up. And as a plus, it had been washed! Thank You William Dilbert!

I felt cheated and ripped off when buying th car. The next day I saw that 4 credit inquiry were done against my SSN while they did not even ask me gave any detail ( i was told about only one) The sales team lied to me about the price of the car before coming to the dealership and while buying was told that the add-on were compulsory but the next day I observed they had optional marked against them in the receipts when I went through them in detail. Buying a car from here was the worst decision I have done ever.
Let me just say, that as a heavy commuter I drive about 150 miles/day. This means I service my car about every other month. I have been to a lot of service centers and Spreen Mazda really stands out! Third visit here and I really feel comfortable and confident with their team of professionals. Although I do not recall everyone’s names, I will say that so far everyone that has assisted me has been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Had the oil changed. They forgot to rotate the tires. Other than that everything was fine. I like the new showroom. Very nice. You guys needed it.

I had a great overall experience. I recall easy, fast service, good communication. Took my walk in appointment quickly and got me a shuttle ride to work. Overall Iwould definitely recommend Spreen based on my experience.
