Service department did a nice job of getting me in and out they provided good information on what I would need for future service visits and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied customer.

Was at this dealership a total of 3 times, mainly worked with Adriana, an internet sales rep who worked out a deal the 1st time. I walked into the dealership however the sales team advised they couldn’t make that deal work That Adriana and I had talked over and so I left. Super fast. In and out. The service advisor (Phillip) was really friendly. He sure knows his job. I always have questions and he has the answers. Highly recommend this dealership.

Upon arrival at Spreen Mazda Service Dept. I was greeted by Philip Guest. He was very polite as we discussed the problem I was having with the Mazda. He kept me informed on the progress of the repairs being performed.
