service I have been very pleased with Spreen Mazda so far - I deal with Phillip Guest and he is very polite and always very helpful. I make sure I go the days he is working when I need my car serviced.

Unfortunately can’t give a passing grade for the service department. Came in with a noise in rear end and they diagnosed it as bad rear brakes. Fixed the brakes and same noise was present. It was obvious technician didn’t do a test drive after fixing the brakes. They gave this 2016 CX5 the all clear. Then Diagnosed as a bad differential but couldn’t give the cause of failure. Called in on Monday to ask about installing CarPlay on my 2019 Mazda 6 sport and was able to set an appointment for Wednesday. Was in and out in a few hrs. CarPlay is SOOO worth the money, only sorry I didn’t splurge on it sooner!
