Great Buying Experience The salesperson Hailee was wonderful! She was very friendly and easy going. She answered all my questions and put up with my many quirks. I never felt pressured or hustled. As far as the "car buying experience" is was quite enjoyable! However, I was not very impressed with the detailing department. After going back a couple of times and waiting several hours, I felt I had to "settle" for the job they did on cleaning up the car. Very disappointing after having such a positive buying experience.

I hate buying a car Car buying is one of the least enjoyable endeavors ever. Why does it always involve bargaining for what you hope is the best price? That said, buying from Spreen was fairly painless. It only required 3 trips to 2 different managers to get a deal I hope was fair. Danny was very nice to work with and had been available online before I went to the dealership and I managed to get the exterior and interior colors I wanted at the trim level I wanted.

The facility was clean and had a nice presentation of vehicles and friendly staff. The salesman, Dario, was very friendly and hospitable in making sure our needs were met and that we were comfortable while discussing the purchase of the car. He was kind and patient with us.

What a rip off! The communication with the sales person was very poor! He also did not seem knowledgeable about the offerings. I had to correct him more than once. I found out afterwards that the part I was told wasn't offered, was actually less than half of what I was charged from the same dealership. There was noting but problems with the entire process. When I spoke to the sales manager about my issues he offered me a free car wash, because the car wash was one of my issues. I will never return.
