Customer service was good. The only issue I had was I was told by them that the security alarm package that was an extra $1800 would allow for a discount from my auto insurance so it would pay for itself in the long run. That was the only reason I agreed to include it with the final sales price. When it came time to notify my auto insurance of this alarm package for me to get a discount, they said they don't honor those. Went in for service. Phillip and the rest of the staff , as always very helpful with questions etc. Phillip actually took the time to show me how to house the navigation and find my compass settings ( which only took me 2 years to figure out ) While waiting , salesman Abraham helped on the new Miata. He was friendly and extremely professional.

Love the New Car! Great experience with Stacie helping me in negotiations and finalizing the deal. I hate buying cars, and this was by far the best and easiest I've ever had. excellent as always Outstanding customer service. I drive 1.2 hours to have Spreen service my vehicle. I have been to 2 other other Mazda dealers and none provide the service that Spreen does. It also should be noted that there is always a familiar, friendly service rep (Mr. Dilbert and Mr. Guest} to explain what is being done or needed.
