We had a mostly positive experience. The sales people were very accommodating. They washed our “new” vehicle and filled it up with gas before we drive off the lot! The only negative was that they added an extra $3500 in “security and appearance” to the advertised price of our vehicle that put us over our budget. I wish those fees were either added to the price of the car or mentioned on the various online sites where they advertise. Great Service Dept. Service rep. on hand to check my car in when I arrived. Service was done quickly (and I hope properly). All checks came back with positive results so I was not subjected to a list of items that need to be addressed. I've used Spreen service a half a dozen times and have had a good experience each time. Mr. Dilbert was friendly and knowledgeable.

Pleasant atmosphere & friendly staff. I came in for service on my older 6, with no pressure to trade in for a new model. No one wearing a stuffy tie, everyone was dressed casual and the new construction looks amazing. Service was good and thorough, with recommended items for next service visit noted.

The Sprint dealership never disappoints. I always get courteous, friendly, efficient service! I was astonished at their expansion that made the whole place modern and spacious. If viable, please consider a vending machine in the waiting area. Otherwise, I’m still coming back!
Philip is awesome! He’s always very polite and helpful. You can really tell that he cares about the customer. William is very very nice and helpful too. 5 stars for great customer service.
