Phillip was super nice 👍 and really went out of his way to make our visit a very pleasant one. He was very helpful and because of this I would definitely go back in the future when necessary.

Great service I actually sold my Mazda to my son last year but I still bring it myself to Spreen for service and there are two Mazda dealers closer to me. I do it because Bill Dilbert so friendly and easy going that I look forward to my visits. I trust him.

Always try to up sell you on everything and overcharge for simple services like oil changes. Do not recommend at all. William told me that I could get my brakes replaced for one price, and then I went back to confirm, and the price had gone up substantially. I do not feel respected at this dealership.
Always a pleasurable experience when needing service. They take the time to make sure every aspect of service is explained. Great customer service all around

Appreciative of Mazda providing benefit I was able to get a weekday appointment to complete some recalls and investigated a start-button issue of 5 years. The recalls were complete successfully, but the extended warranty had expired and they were unwilling to provide benefit to fix the sensor issue. Phillip provided me a quote to fix the problem which was significantly more than expected and he opened a case with Mazda on my behalf to resolve.
