Great Experience Staff (I interacted with Phillip) was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Car was ready before estimated time, and price estimate was on point. The renovations to the dealership were great. And of course, free donuts and coffee is always a plus.

There was no long waiting. The car was taken in at time of appointment. The service consultant was polite. He took care of things I needed.

Phillip was my service manager and gave me one of the best car maintenance experiences I’ve had. He gave me a clear scope of work, pricing, and was prompt with updates after the inspection. My car was completed the same day and cash out was easy. Thanks for the professional and transparent experience!

I have had not major issues at spreen. My only complaint is that one of the service advisors makes me feel like I am dumb. He down talks me in a polite way. The other advisor is great though and has good customer service skills. I'm going to try Palm springs Mazda because I hate getting that one

Tires need inspection, inflating. Just went in to have my tire pressure checked and light reset on 2016 Mazda 3, but they performed a full inspection. Nice surprise. (Still under warranty, so no extra charge for it).
