Pretty fast & over the top, THANK YOU. The service center was great. Not my first time dealing with them first time was because my car was chipped at where you put gas and took about 3 weeks to get it back but I got to use the courtesy car instead made it so perfect. On my last visit went for my first oil change, they did a full inspection car wash and tire rotation within a hour and a half. Was expecting to wait hours for them to be done!
Service Center is Great. Sales, terrible. I told myself I’d never go back to Spreen Mazda but the guys at the service department are so great and seem like they love their job. Bill and Brian were really nice and helpful when I called and went in as well.
Great customer service! I took my car in to have it looked at and see why my mazda was acting up. As I stepped inside to the lobby and wait i was offered coffee and fresh donuts. Before I can even finish my coffee Ruben quickly resolved my issue I couldn’t figure out and was quickly back on the road! I can’t thank the team at Mazda enough for their amazing service!
Maintenance check Jacob is so helpful and very kind! He answered all my questions about service options and any concerns I may have. He also explained what was billed and what was done exactly to my mazda!
Awesome It’s always a great experience with the sales and service staff at this dealership. I wouldn’t consider servicing my vehicle anywhere else, the waiting area is the best I’ve seen so far!

Excellent service We went in for a scheduled maintenance and as has happened the other times we received prompt and courteous service. The staff was friendly and provided a thorough explanation of the work done.
Awesome service Fantastic customer care. William is always polite and professional. Nothing is too difficult for them. I always use Mazda for any work needed on my car as I know I recieve honest feedback and they will only do work that is required at a fair price.
Quick and Painless The service advisor was very friendly. He got me in and walked me to their welcoming waiting room. When my ser ice was completed, he went over my report so that I understood it and I was done in about an hour and fifteen minutes.
