Fantastic job Staff was friendly. No one tried to upsell me anything. My car was inspected for any leaks and tire wear despite me not asking for the inspection.
No hassles Nice remodel of service center. Bill is always pleasant and through explaining the services completed and he brings attention to future items to be replaced. Such as tires and air filters. I appreciate the advanced notice for planning purposes.
Easy and fast I was able to make a same day appointment using my mazda app. Waited in the new and beautiful lounge. They even washed my cat!
Not satisfied., Went to have oil change. 3 days later my engine. Light went up and my car was jerking on the freeway . My car is 2019 model.i don’t trust the guy who did my oil change . He must have done something .
A very satisfied customer Top notch customer service. My advisor Philip was very knowledgable and so helpful. I drove 40 miles round trip just to get to this dealership and it was all worth it. I’ve been to different dealerships around my location and so far, no one beats the customer service here. They even purchase Starbucks coffee for their customers after they determine that the coffee machine does not work. Mazda should hire more Philip to work for them.
Battery Check & Replacement I called Spreen Mazda extremely late in the day after my car wouldn't start. They were able to make time to see me & were very helpful on the phone. When I got there, the team was incredibly obliging, efficient, & friendly. I am so thankful for this wonderful team & their diligence to provide incredible service! I will DEFINITELY be returning.
Great Service Department! Phil and William both managed my warranty repair and firmware update professionally and with concern to time as I was waiting on my car. The mechanic (I don't know his name) did a great job replacing my visor. I am happy my car was fixed right the first time and without issue. Thanks!

Great service!! Phillip and the team did a wonderful job providing excellent customer service! Plus it was my first time seeing the newly renovated building! The space is beautiful and the waiting area is comfortable!
