Top notch customer service I came in to get a new key fob programmed, and the staff were curtious and helpful throughout the process. They made me feel more like a family member than a customer. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
Time spent there way too long We wanted a lease,have great credit,was barraged with phone calls and texts after browsing vehicles. Good follow up,however I explained that my husband was one week out of surgery so didn't want to be there too long. I realize they got the car I wanted and appreciated that but had to travel 2 hours to get it each way. Timely visit My experience was good. Phillip contacted me and keep me posted on the result in a timely fashion. The price was high though and I seems to hear a bit rattling noise from the car after the service.

Couldn't Diagnose, Still Charged $136 Fee I went in for a diagnostic for a check engine light after being unable to figure it out myself; I had a misfire (PO300 and PO302) After leaving the car overnight they were unable to figure it out either, and their solution was to throw parts at it at my expense. They wanted to try fuel injectors and a singular coil pack but it would cost me over $2300; still without certainty this would fix the issue. Very courteous and helpful. The service man, Philip, was very helpful and explained things to me so that I could understand. Please note that I was in because of a recall notice. I will be coming in for regular service in a few months.
