Mazda dealership The team was amazing . They really did make an effort to give me the lowest rate and deals . They did not pressure me into buying a vehicle, in which I liked because many dealers do that to make a sale . They gave me time to process everything in order to make my decision. Everyone was so nice and friendly . I would definitely recommend .
Service It was more so that every person that wasn’t a servicer didn’t speak to me because that wasn’t required of them, despite me standing there and asking a question. They are doing the bare minimum. Not a good atmosphere whatsoever. William was okay, but when I asked for more information on something he sort of brushed it off and was unable to provide that for me. I wish I had Philip because I had scheduled the appointment with him and he customer service skills were great! Friendly, kind, helpful, and patient.
SPREEN CAME THROUGH!! Purchased our CX 5 yesterday and had an incredible buyer experience. I started with internet sales and was assigned to Reyna to complete purchase. Reyna was incredible. Enjoyed experience with all staff. (Yeah I said that)! The sales manager and document writer were great. After purchase Reyna spent hours making sure my wife understood all of the operational features of the vehicle. I was happy to be able to negotiate a my purchase from local dealer. GOOD JOB SPREEN
Bill was so thorough and patient with me! It was awesome to be treated so kindly by Bill. He walked us to the car and went over the concerns they found and did not leave until we were satisfied.
Got me back on the road to Atlanta! Mr. Dilbert was incredible! Can't thank him and Mazda enough for getting my car back on the road. While relocating from Sacramento to Atlanta, my daughter had a medical emergency and had a life flight chopper ride from Needles to Loma Linda, and then my check engine light pops on!!! Mr. Dilbert helped put my racing mind at ease for both my car needs and my worry about my daughter. THANK YOU!
Best Mazda service around! I have taken my car here for the past 4 years, and will continue to do so. The staff I’ve dealt with have always been very kind, informative, and patient. After my service is completed, they take the time to review the report in detail and address any questions I may have. As someone that doesn’t know much about cars, I greatly appreciate their honesty and transparency about the services I actually need.
Great service Spreen Mazda service department is always friendly, courteous, and professional. I love that they always have my vehicle done earlier than their estimated time. I've been to other service centers that couldn't estimate proper time of vehicle completion to save their lives. Definitely prefer Spreen Mazda for all my service needs.
