Always excellent William is patient and always explains everything and keeps me up to date as the work is going on. The waiting room is well air conditioned. The coffee is good, and the donuts are fresh.
Quick and seamless sales process I saw a vehicle I liked online and called in and spoke with Jose the sales manager. Due to the fact I live several hours away, I needed good communication and thoroughness and Jose provided that. I ended up arriving later than their closing hours to buy the car and they were friendly and went through the paperwork with me and I was on my way in about an hour. I will be visiting Spreen Mazda again in the future!
Pressureing Customers I gave the dealership three stars because they set up an appointment for me for 9 in the morning, I was there prior to 9 and there was no one there to greet me at 9 in fact after 9 after waiting a bit I went up to who I believe was one of the managers and told him I had a 9 appointment and he seemed surprised and just pointed me to a sales rep. Oil Change w/Tire rotation I always appreciate Phil's knowledgeable and helpful manner. I also like the report I get of how everything checked out and recommendations for future service I may need. If I had to pick anything to improve, it would be drying my car after it's washed. I usually notice the water streaks, on the windows, when I'm driving home, but when I get home I see them all over the car. too.
