Amazing resort! Amazing view from the balcony of the beach and ocean. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I definitely would recommend this resort for a family stay or romantic getaway.
My girlfriend and I stayed her for our anniversary. She travels for work about 70% of the time and is a proud HHonors member. The customer service here is horrid. From the beginning of our trip to the end, we encountered rude staff members and horrible customer service. From the 45 minute check in, to having to wait 10 minutes to get the bartender's attention at SPLASH by the pool, to the security guards yelling - yes YELLING - at us to walk on a certain path. Went for a long weekend getaway. Enjoyed this hotel and especially eating at Mama Mia's in Hollywood twice! Waterfront and beautiful view.

We stayed for two nights this week at the Diplomat and couldn't have been more disappointed. They never told us the hotel was under construction when we booked and it was a huge inconvenience when we arrived from the poorly marked entrance and exit, the shortage of staff at the Hhonors desk for digital check in, the problems with room keys and the 40 min+ wait for breakfast at the Fresh market. We visit this resort at least 2-3 times a year and we love it. Great breakfast buffet, valet, etc! New rooms look amazing
Simplesmente sensacional o hotel. Quarto espaçoso limpo, funcionários gentis e a praia simplesmente maravilhosa.
Lights were not working no coffee cups - no where to have breakfast just a small coffee stop and the line was ridiculous- not enough help - poor customer service
