Great room but few place to dine without leaving the hotel. This morning I had push the button to call the elevator. A bell hop comes up, the elevator arrives, he enters and the doors closed, he mad no effort to open the door for me yet I was the one who called for the elevator. Very poor customer service!!!
Was there for a conference and found it difficult to navigate the halls, especially as a disabled individual. The food costs for the hotel are high (had a prewrapped veggie wrap that cost $15), and the cost of parking is outrageous. Not only that, they only have one handicap parking spot per floor (except the first floor which has 2). They also do not recognize handicap parking and you have to pay the full cost. I most likely will not visit again.
I'm here at #2016USCA the service of hotel staff amazing! Especially our breakfast servers during opening plenary Carlos and Anna!
As a Hilton Diamond member, we book the Diplomat using our points. As much as I have raved about our stay in the past, I must say we most likely will not returned. When booking the hotel, we were never once, either when booking or via email, informed the hotel was under construction. First thing Monday morning (after the front part of the lobby was opened) we were awakened by hammering and jack hammers. When we checked in, we were not informed of the diamond benefits. We had the perfect weekend at a perfect resort and a perfect room. The care, thoughtfulness and services were the best. The decor and cleanliness was awesome and we will be back. Thank you!!!

Two days in and I've never felt so welcomed and relaxed!
Went to have cafe with a client. The stag was very friendly, professional, and courteous. Everyone greeted me with genuine respect. The interior is very nicely decorated, lighting isn't overwhelmingly bright, and everything was very clean. we recommend.
