El hotel bello, el staff detestable, sin educacion y poco competente, nos dieron la habiatacion equivocada, sin contar que se demoraron casi dos horas para entregarnosla. Los valet parking (no todos) pero algunos, demaciado rudos y mal educados. En fin, es una pena.
As a Hilton Honors member since 2009, the holiday weekend deal was a complete mistake. Guest a were drunk, and misbehaved and when we told mannagment, they acted is if they didn't see what was happening. My daughter were getting pushed around at the water slide area and lifeguard was on there cellphone. Drunk guests were lap dancing and acting inappropriately around children. The place is beautiful, but the special they were running for the "locals" was a complete mistake.
My family and I had a blast here. The hotel has plenty to entertain kids and adults.

I travel extensively and stayed here on points stay. I actually stayed at 6 resorts on my trip and I have rate this resort as my favorite... very clean rooms, the staff was very attentive and courteous. The pools were cleaned daily and the beach was groomed also... drinks are pricey , but we were allowed to byob...so no mas.... nice place... I recommend it....
I had a terrible experience at the Diplomat Resort and Spa. I arrived the first weekend of May looking forward to a fun weekend with my mother and some friends. From beginning to end the staff was very rude and not willing to accommodate. When we booked the hotel we were not told that every morning we would be woken up by loud construction above and outside of our room and we were not told that there would be no access to the balcony. My husband and I agree that we have never had a vacation without flaw until we stayed with you. BRAVO!
This Hotel has gone down the drain we checked into a room the balcony would not open 15 min into our check in I went to get ice and the ice bucket smelled like cigarettes my Grandaughter is asthmatic and we need it a balcony we went to talk to the manager her name was Fabiola she was not sympathetic to the situation at all would never stay there ever again
Any time I,m in Hollywood, Florida, I visit this Exotic Hotel, with breath taking view, wonderful entertainment, pools, and restaurants.
