Never come here. Waste of over 200 dollars, ocean view actually means view of a air vent. Clean bathroom, includes someone else's trash in your bathroom. If your lucky you will receive a 50 dollar credit to help with your terrible experience.

Sink clogged, unfriendly staff, and overpriced. Disappointing. Luis at the front desk was smug, looked annoyed whenever I asked a question. When I asked him if I can change rooms because of it having an awful smell, clogged sink, broken outlets, shaved hair all over the bathroom, and dirty dish cart stored in front of my door; he said there's nothing he can do and gave me a blank stare. Then, I find out the next morning he typed in my profile that I "declined" a room change! He needs to go.

I am here now, and this is my forth time staying at this property. All my prior experiences were excellent, this time AWFUL! How do you NOT DISCLOSE that your hotel is under construction during bookings?? To make matters worse, you claim to be giving everyone an upgrade to an Ocean View Balcony in order to "balance out your reservations" but the balcony is not useable as it is under construction. If you like staff that has a bad attitude and likes to argue, stay here. Be careful of the elevator from the valet to the lobby, it didn't work, then nearly closed on my stoller with my baby in it. We were yelled at rather than asked if we could be assisted when we followed a ramp next to the death elevator through an alternative entrance (where would the handicapped people exit in case of a fire?). We checked in only for a day for our anniversary and received an ocean view room with a balcony. It was a very nice suite. The food was amazing at Diplomat Prime. The only thing I would complain about is it's very expensive to stay there and we have a special needs daughter who needed a wheelchair and there were no pedals on the chair they provided not to mention it was a very old chair. Other than that, it was a good experience.

We came at the worst time. Easter Weekend Spring break. The reception was entirely understaffed and we had a lot of problems checking into the room we in initially booked. But there was one amazing customer service lady by the name of Phillicia who went above and beyond to help correct our issues and compensate us for all issues. We planned a spring break trip in October 2015. Booked an ocean front corner suite with a walk around balcony. Seeing the Ocean was highly important. Flew to Florida from Ohio March 24th and had weather delays in Atlanta. We called the hotel to let them know we would be late. We finally arrived at the hotel at 3:30 am. I find it offensive when young men are walking around with their pants below their asses, there should be some sort of respect to dress so your ass and underwear are not showing!! The hotel should post a sign stating that if you want to dress like a lowlife stay in the ghetto , I pay a lot of money to stay here and I think it is so disrespectful to woman of all ages!!
