There are a couple of good things that I can say about this hotel. 1- The bed is comfortable. 2- The staff has been friendly. Otherwise, this hotel has been a huge disappointment in so many ways that I cannot begin to list them all here. The main compliant I have is that the balconies are under construction. This construction is very loud. To my knowledge the construction wasn't mentioned when the hotel was booked. This hotel is gorgeous! Staff is more than pleasant. Property is perfect right on the beach. Rooms are very nice, some furniture is a little dated but you are NOT here for that. Overall I give it a 5+!
This place is a joke. DO NOT STAY here. We booked a room 3 months ago and when we got here to check in they said they didn't have the room we paid for. (Oceanfront King balcony room). Of course we were very displeased. Not sure how this is possible. So after arguing for a half hour they gave us $69 off 2 nights (staying 3 nights) and told us they'd have the room we paid for the following 2 nights and they'd call us when our room was ready. Told check in time was 3:00. We arrived at 2:00 hoping to get our room early since most hotels will accommodate...of course not the case here. After waiting with no luggage, no bathing suits, no sandals, no phone chargers, multiple trips to the front desk and wandering the hotel for hours, we were directed to a room that was not even cleaned yet! We then had our luggage directed back down to the desk only to wait another hour in line to speak to the manager...for him to tell us all ocean view rooms have unavailable balconies... read more
We spent our wedding night there. When we arrived a bellman lost control of the luggage cart on a small hill and it slammed into my car and nearly injured my wife. After we filed a claim they said there was no negligence on the employees part. Going to file an insurance claim, and will never return to this hotel

I was very disappointed with this hotel. When I booked I was not told that the balconies were closed due to maintenance. When I spoke to the MOD I was told sorry, but there was nothing that could be done. Never coming back......
Ótimo hotel para casais, ou para família completa excelente infraestrutura, piscina, jacuzzi praia limpa serviço de bar na praia tudo de bom!!!! Excelente.
I've been to this hotel 5 years In a row and the second it went from a Westin property to a Hilton it went downhill fast. Last year, its first as a Hilton, was slightly noticeable, this year, it's really gone downhill. I miss the impeccable service and lovely staff of the Westin. If my company didn't ace its annual conference here I would not stay here.
