Currently staying here, as my husband has a work conference and I tagged along for some beach time. What I will say is this hotel has some redeeming qualities but so far I am very glad we are not footing what I'm sure will be a highly expensive bill at the end of the trip. Check-in was easy for us, and we were able to get our room a few hours early which was great since we had a lot of luggage we didn't want to cart around. Hotel construction was not ideal. Lots of contraction debris and scaffolding outside our window....though the room windows were so dirty we could hardly see out.
The hotel was under construction. I stayed with a group. One of my friends arrived at her room to discover 2 workers on her balcony, after a brief hello, they stayed. Balconies were taped off. I opened my curtains and had to dive for the bathroom as men came up a rig right past my window. Although the view was lovely there were ropes and jackhammers all day long. All I want to say is, "I did not want to leave". We had an ocean view. The pool is amazingly beautiful at night. Checking out this morning was hard. Me & my friends enjoyed every part of the room, pool & beach this weekend. Very nice staff.... Will recommend & I will definitely be back. Thank you a lot.
I stayed here and the carpet on my floor smells horribly. Then the interval club denied the gift I was suppose to receive. I would not recommend this hotel. Sn: my jetted tub was filthy. I ran the water to take a relaxing bathe and the amount of filth was ridiculous.

Under renovation, can't use wrap around balcony. Somewhat messy. Understaffed for lunch due to large conf.

Gorgeous suites, huge balconies, great food and options, Gorg pools and amazing staff!
