Most horrible Hotel the world has ever seen.... The service was terrible and the people that work there know absolutely nothing. Everyone gives different information completely different from what it's actually supposed to be. I would never make the mistake of staying here ever again in my life. The best part about being there was checking out, I was never so happy to check out of a hotel in all my days! Stayed for 1 night after driving up from Key West. We wanted to do some shopping in Miami Design District so booked a room here. We totally enjoyed our stay! They are renovating and hopefully they will be done before our next visit.
One of my most favorite places! The staff and atmosphere is first class! Can't wait for the renovations to be completed! �����
Worst Hilton I ever stayed. I am Hilton Gold member and checked in electronically. When I arrived at 14:00 h there was no room ready and I had to wait. Answer at the reception 'nothing we can do for you'. So I waited until 16:10 h (normal check-in time) and the room was still not ready. They finally gave me another room and an 'upgrade'. That means no sea view anymore and a balcony I could go to... They told me that, as usual for Hilton Gold members, that the breakfast was included. Untrue. As a Hilton time share owner and Hilton honors member, I must say this is one of the worst Hilton properties I have ever stayed at. The hotel and facilities were nice, minus all of the renovations that were going on (which was not disclosed by the hotel until arrival). However, hotel staff was completely incompetent and did not know what they were doing. I booked a Florida Resident room package for four rooms and each room reservation was not coded properly in the hotel's computer system. I had to spend atleast 30 minutes at... read more
