Just have convention here , excellent service , staff in the front desk are very helpful . Family style hotel . Food is good. Place n view are outstanding even under renovation . Highly recommended for next Vacay . Keep up the great Team Kelvin and team 👍👍👍
I made a reservation for a room with a balcony, breakfast & ocean-view included over the phone directly with an employee from the desk on the fourth of January (which means I paid extra for the balcony and view). I drove almost 12 hours from Atlanta with 2 kids (12 & 2) in the car and I got here around 6:30pm. I went to the front desk to check-in and I received the room by the reservation I made over the phone, and surprise... there was no balcony in my room. What a bad experience....we got our room a 3 in the afternoon, no restaurants available before 5. No place for breakfast (siting place). No facility's...and they charge more than the full price. Nothing to do there, no entertainment.it is boring. No warmness. The Pelican beach resort is way over better.
It was an amazing non stressful stay. Here for football and the entire staff was very accommodating
Hotel Service sucks. Good luck getting someone on the phone if you need service for the room and it's way over priced ($35 for $20 breakfast buffet!?). Please don't waste your time, appetite and money on the Prime restaurant within the hotel. Great looking place and very pleasant servers but the food was bland and warm at best; perhaps I've been spoiled by Ruth Chris 500degree plates. I'm currently in the hotel now guys please be careful when you come to this Hotel it's a big drop off when it used to be Weston Diplomat I've been coming here for 10 years you don't get that same service when you walk into the hotel it took 2 hours to check in there was 2 people upfront when it used to be The Weston diplomat there were 20 people upfront with hospitality degrees treated you the way you are supposed to be treated at a hotel this nice now it's a SHIT SHOW it took one hour and 45 min to get towels last night whe... read more
We had an amazing experience as a family. We spent 6 days here, the weather and water was beautiful, the rooms were awesome and all the restaurants were excellent! We are breakfast almost everyday at the Cafe, they had such an amazing spread and the staff/service was excellent. The beach staff was friendly and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa, the massage I received was top notch and loved how beautiful and clean the spa facilities were. Definitely going to recommend this resort... read more
The hotel is very nice even under construction and I see the potential for the next visit but we had a few quirks, 1st check in was a nightmare, rooms were not ready and it was 6pm. The staff were as helpful as they could be but limited resources. They have us 1 room to keep our stuff in then we went to dinner at the burger place. The food was ok. After dinner we went back to check in and our room was finally ready and they moved us to a city view with a balcony which was a great upgrade considering the ocean front balconies... read more
